Private 1 on 1 sessions are for those athletes who want specialized cognitive training based on their individual needs.  This is all about the athlete and their specific sports training to learn how to improve upon their game/practice performances.  

All About Me

Players who want to get the most out of cognitive coaching typically will choose the private one on one sessions.  These sessions provide the individual to grow at their own pace. Sports have become very competitive in nature.  There could be multiple barriers that players are challenged by and sometimes those barriers need separation from one another in order to clear that hurdle.  The focus is 100% on the individual athlete and the challenges at hand.  Techniques to overcome these barriers are taught, nurtured, developed and practiced during these sessions.  Self realization and assessment are easily done and seen during the 1 on 1 sessions.  The average 1 on 1 session time is 45-60 minutes long.  

If you would like to inquire about our 1 on 1 sessions, the initial consult with the athlete and parents is 
FREE.  We want to make sure that the situation is a good fit for the athlete, parents, and Living The Dream Sports.  After the initial consult, a cognitive coaching plan will be laid out for everyone. Depending upon the athlete and the barriers/techniques, that cognitive coaching plan could be a multiple session plan or could be an open session by session plan.  Each athlete develops at different rates therefore updated plans maybe necessary as the athlete progresses on their individual plans.
